The most common question I get asked is "Where are you from?" because my accent is hard to place. So I’m writing down the story so I don’t have to explain it as much!

My family is English with some Scottish and Irish heritage in there too. I was born in Bromley, UK but we moved to Australia when I was four months old. We lived outside Sydney in Blacktown until I was about three. Then we moved to Regina, Saskatchewan in the middle of the Canadian prairies. We lived there until I was nine then we went back to Kent in the UK before moving to Birmingham in the Midlands, UK. We stayed there for a year and then moved back to Saskatchewan when I was 11. When I was 13 we moved to Toronto, Ontario then I did my first year of University outside of Toronto in London Ontario (not to be confused with London UK!) but then I went back to Toronto and finished Uni there. After University I went travelling through Asia and ended up in Melbourne Australia where I lived for a year. Then I travelled around a bit and moved to Broome in Western Australia for eight months. Then after three months back in Canada and the UK I moved to Perth Australia where I lived for another seven months. After that I came back to London UK which is where I now live. So does that answer the question?!? ;-)

I now live in the Docklands area of London with my partner Bernie. I currently drive a cow-print classic Mini Cooper and we have a large fat cat named Kato.

You will see from the "Travels" page that I like to travel a lot. On my "Interests" page I will be putting more info on some of the things I like to do, such as running, rowing, driving minis, eating and drinking!
